A decent place! It’s a small spot and the food was quite basic but tasted good. Our server was also very nice and we were never left waiting long. Will give it another try sometime!
They have just lost a potential customer tonight. I went in to order take out, which I know they do, because I phoned to ask. They said with a ‘full house’ (the 5 tables they have), they won’t do take out. Ridiculous. I think I’ll stick with the best pasta in town from now on, pagliaccis. I won’t be returning here
I never order pasta when I go out, but I guess old dogs can learn new tricks! I cant get it off my mind. I asked for the chef’s signature dish: a veal cannelloni. The chef must have sold his soul for that recipe, and he got a bargain! The presentation was equally to die for. It’s like a first date you cant get off your mind. Our server was so smooth he offered me a sippie cup when I tossed my lovely Italian beer! This man truly loves his work and you will love it too!
Great service and a good understanding of flavours and how to they should be served. It was a cold night and they had the back door propped open no doubt tokeep chef cool, so wear socks!! Great food great value – will be back soon!
We stop by here occasionally because the food, service and ambience are fabulous and we want to make sure their business succeeds! I love the pappardelle. My husband has eaten his way through the menu a couple of times now. It’s always interesting to hear what the chef’s special meal of the day is going to be. They had complementary baguette with oil and vinegar which is always delicious!
We finally made it to this resto, which we’ve been talking about doing for awhile. I had the parpadelle and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs. We were both very happy with our food. My husband has searched far and wide for a good spaghetti, and says this place has it. They had complementary baguette with oil and vinegar which was yummy. We will be going back.
Louise. Delicious food! First visit last night and can’t wait to go again. I like the choice of small and large servings for the pasta. Small was a generous serving and then there’s still room for dessert.
