I ordered Greek plate $13.99 + tax it consisted of a small amount of donair meet on a bed of yellow tasteless rice.greek salad that consisted of cucumber ,tomato ,Canned black olives and small amount of feta cheese.and a dry pita shell on the side .this was almost $15 I AGREE THIS IS WORST VALUE.The guy making it also handle cash and did not wash his hands before preparing any food.
Worst value. Just got the classic with chicken and it was maybe sub par at best. hardly any meat or anything, mostly pita. place use to be good but now they’re charging 7 bucks plus tax when other places offer more and charge less. won’t be coming back.
Thought we would give this place a try. Portions seemed a bit small when compared to other places. While the lamb was ok I’ve had better, and the chicken was ok but could of used more sauce. The place was clean, not busy when we went there for dinner.
Good donairs. My favorite donair shop in Langley is closed Mondays, but craving donairs and willing to try somewhere new we came here after checking out reviews. We were most impressed. The hot sauce got a big thumbs up, and the halifax sauce was better than decent. However, I really like the fact that at the other place I go to, the owner grills his donairs after they’re made, so they have a crispy outer shell. Not hard, but perfectly toasty. All that said, if the craving ever hits on a Monday again (and I can’t wait til Tuesday), I’ll go back. If you’re in Walnut Grove, this would be the place to go. I must admit though, I’ll never change my allegiance from The Donair Hut in Langley CIty. But good job, Mazaj, we were more than satisfied. One thing!! Bring cash. Unless you want to pay .49 cents just to use your debit card.
Crappy small donairs, and over run by school kids around lunch time. Avoid it.
Impressive. Tried Turkish and Lebanese plates and they were one of the best ever! I’ll definitely visit again when I’m in the neighborhood.
Great addition to Langley!. The wonderful fragrances overwhelm you as soon as you step in. Fresh, delicious… great balance of spice and flavour!!! Wonderfully made, and one of the neatest pita wrap folding I’ve had! 🙂 Will definitely be back.
