I am so happy to have found this hidden gem! I have been coming here for the past year and wish I had discovered this place sooner! Starting with their beyond exceptional service from just taking my coffee order, lunch, my over the phone last minute custom cupcake orders! YES they make custom cupcakes! I can’t even begin to explain how many times Lori and her team at Mozart has saved my last minute orders. And by last minute I literally mean ordering custom cupcakes the night before the day I need them! I’m talking about custom, fondant decorated cupcakes. The cupcakes always exceed my expectations to the point where it’s too pretty to eat and when you eat them, they taste so good you can’t stop. No matter how many times I place last minute orders, they never disappoint me! Not only do they do such a great job, they have never made me feel like I was annoying or spoke to be in any negative way. They would take my ideas and brainstorm and call me back with their ideas and we would come up with these beautiful custom cupcakes. They really have top notch customer service! My faves on their menu is everything I’ve tried so far. Coffees, Greek pasta salad and panini. OH and of course their cupcakes 🙂 They make their paninis when ordered so it takes a few minutes and comes out nice and hot! I will be updating this review with pictures once I can stop myself from eating everything so fast before I even get to take a picture lol! So stay tuned! In the mean time, go check them out for yourself!
One of my coworkers bought different types of sweets and pastries from this bakery and brought them to the office for sharing. I tried a couple items – a shortbread and another chocolate bar (sorry I didn’t know its name). The shortbread was good. The chocolate bar was so hard and tough that I had to chew for a long time. It didn’t taste good as well 🙁 The quality of the sweets and pastries are not as good as the ones in Great Vancouver. If I have a choice and must buy some sweets in Langley, I would buy them from Cobs Bread, Wire Monk, Starbucks or IGA bakery. The sweets at this bakery are not too expensive. I would say the price is average in Lower Mainland but I wouldn’t mind to pay more to get a better quality 🙂
Worst service ever. I am in aww that this woman is still in business. Worst experience ever. I was told I would receive a phone call when my daughters minion bday cake was done. Unfortunately I received a call from a distraught woman getting angry that I had not come to pick up the cake. She had told me that if I did not go right away I would not receive the cake. And she had already made me pay half up front. When I had gotten there I paid for the rest of the cake totalling 75 dollars. When I took a look at the cake I was outrage to see I had paid 40 dollars for fondant and the only fondant on there was a tiny little minion that looked as though a preschool child had decorated it. Then she refused to give my money back. And even got angry and started clenching her fist as though she was going to clock me one. This woman is a crook!!
