Everything tasted fresh, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is beautiful inside. Their original rolls were deliciously flavored and beautifully presented.Everyone I was with was please with their food and the service provided. I love the way they separated seating, the music playing, the visual of the itamae behind the bar. The only complaint would be it was really cold inside the restaurant.
Nestled in near a Sandman hotel, in what used to be a drive thru restaurant, is Sushi Gio. There are many innovative dishes here, such as the Black Tiger Roll, which is made with black rice and has spicy tuna pieces on a salad in the middle. All ingredients taste super fresh, so it is worth the usual hole that sushi joints put in your wallet.
