Very disappointed. Went for Birthday Dinner, not busy only 2 other tables finishing. Food was only mildly warm, pita bread cold, potatoes cold and hard. Took most of our meals home to dogs. At 19.00 plate expensive dog food.
I would say the food is good, and definitely one of the better greek food that’s in langley, but in vancouver, i haven’t tried much greek food, but this definitely is one of the better ones compared to other greek food i’ve tried in greater vancouver area. the lamb shank was absolutely awesome i’ll say, and had a spirit, and it was quite okay, but i’m more of a fruity cocktail, was curious and curiosity was solved, but not the happiness. So then, I’ll say overall it’s an okay restaurant but my go to place for greek restaurant in langley, but definitely not a must go if i’m in vancouver area. would like to give it a 4 bout then the rice and other items are just okay, the lamb is great though no doubt.will i recommend the place? only if i’m in langley and really craving for greek food, but other than that i’d rather eat lee’s chicken while i’m in langley 😀 mangkr.wordpress.com
Delicious! This was such an enjoyable meal, Kalamari was perfect, fresh Greek salad, and prawn souvlaki and roast lamb were perfect! Desert was a nice touch too! By far, my new favourite Greek restaurant! Clean restaurant and delicious food, 2 thumbs up!
One of the best!. We’re so lucky to have Zythos in Walnut Grove! My roommate and I LOVE Zythos. We order delivery from here at least once a month, and every time we do, we get excited about the food arriving. We’re not crazy about the salads (the caesar or the greek salads), so we usually ask for extra rice and potatoes, instead, and they very graciously allow us to make the substitution. We always order a ton of food, because we eat it for 2 or 3 days running. Our favorite order is Family Special #1 (2 lasagnas, 2 souvlaki dinners) and then add 2 mousaka dinners. If you’ve never eaten here, stop what you’re doing right now and place an order – you’re missing out!
Amazing food. Me and a friend went to check out this place aftering reading reviews…. Alls I have to say is WOW… The food is excellent and there staff is so friendly! Deffinitly going back.
Not a good place for a group. Zythos food was decent however not a great place for a group outing. We made a reservation for our office and you would think that for such a large group plus other diners that they would have had more than one server. It took 20-30 minutes to receive our drinks which was mainly pop and a bottle of wine. There was only 4 other diners in the restaurant. The server did not ask us anything about what we wanted, appies, refills or to order our meal. We had to keep asking her when she would come drop things off and then she would run away quickly. Not satisfied at all with the customer service. We saw her with the other diners and she seemed attentive to them but was not with us. I would not recommended this restaurant for a group of people.
My friends & I heard about Zythos, read the reviews & decided to check it out lastnight. We were so impressed ! The food, the service, the atmosphere…all amazing ! The dishes were fairly priced, especially for the portion size. I had never had roast lamb before…and it was so tender & delicious !!! I will definitely be back there again. My new favorite restaurant for sure.
