Service terrible. I had a party for 13 and it felt like we were bothering staff, unwelcoming place. Be careful booking group gatherings as they do not give your own tea cup – they make groups share limited tea selections and demand a big tip. I will never have a party here again. They seem to discriminate large groups and coloured people.

High tea environment is very lovely. Thursday has a deal for high tea for 2: highly recommend you try it out. Food was fantastic and we had a great time enjoying the afternoon here. The scones were incredible! We happened to arrive on a very busy day as well as the cook being out. The servers were hustling and a few requests of ours got lost in the hurry. The meals here are lovely as well.

High Tea for One. This is probably the most affordable place Ive gone to for High Tea and I quite enjoyed my visit there today. The finger sandwiches (cucumber, salmon and egg) were quite creamy, which I liked. The scone was deliciously flaky without being crumbly and the jam (raspberry, I believe) was smooth and flavorful without being too sweet. The top tier had two of the days dessert selection; a little lemon meringue tart which had the best pastry crust Ive had in awhile and a slice of carrot cake with a delicious cream cheese icing. The tea selection was varied without being overwhelming, and a small pot is included with the High Tea. I chose their Creamy Earl Grey (since Im looking for a decent replacement for my Teaopia blend) but when not if I go back Ill probably try the Market Spice or Maple Cream. The parlor itself is eclectically decorated but welcoming with about a dozen tables. I dont believe that reservations would be required if one were in the mood for a quick lunch. According to their website, they also do High Tea To-Go.
