This is, hands down, the best thin crust pizza I’ve ever tasted. The crust is crunchy but not hard (if that makes any sense; I can’t get my head around it either) I’ve had pizza in Naples many times and had lots of other award-winning pies but this place is on a level. I had the sausage combo with tomatoe sauce. There was a careful balance of flavours represented. Sesame seeds were a pleasant surprise. 5/5
Extremely disappointing customer service. Refused to admit that they forgot our order. Waited an additional 45 minutes with no explanation, no apology, and no recourse. If this is the type of customer service that is provided to a family that orders every Friday for the past few years, than I question what it is like for newbies. Tip: (Customer can hear what you really think if you forget to push the phone’s hold button)
The service here is poor. They screwed up our order and seemed really shocked that we would want them to provide what we had ordered the same night. They said they would make it after all the other orders and it would be at least an hour. When I said that I found that really disappointing i was offered to speak to the manager, put on hold and then had the same young girl had to come back on the line to say the manager was too busy to talk to me and I could call back. The manager avoided me when I took the wrong food back for a refund as well. No class. No professionalism.
Delicious thin crust pizza. Lots of quality ingredients. Super busy and very slow service, but it’s worth the wait. Honey on the crust is my favourite part.
This place used to have really good thin crust but the quality continues to go downhill. Have ordered pizza feom here many times only to be disappointed with the lack of sauce, over use of cheese/toppings. Tried the calizones here too, but they were also pretty tasteless. Their cupcakes are the bomb, best way to induge! I make a poinr of picking up a cupcake from here whenever I need a sweet treat.
I no longer order from Emilio’s, the pizza has gone downhill and the loud noise coming from their exhaust fan is a concern. If they can’t maintain their basic necessary equipment how well are they maintaining the rest of the restaurant? Makes you wonder???
We live upstairs and won’t get pizza from Emilio’s again. I’m tired of waiting twice as long at they tell me to expect. Irritated at being overcharged. And the pizza isn’t great. The famous base has no flavour and is just a holder for toppings.My husband doesn’t like this style of pizza – it is overly sweet. Very expensive too.
