crab cakes and sangria. might be the best i’ve had anywhere. always stay away from places that have hot wait staff because it’s usually to hide the fact that the food sucks. not here. fried oysters were tits too. hope it’s still here next year.

Yummy and great atmosphere. Sat on the patio on a Friday night Started at the bar while our table was being set and quickly I might add. Took a bit for the waitress to get to us at first and I didn’t get a chance to choose a drink at the bar before we were sat as they were so quick, so I sat thirsty for few minutes. The patio is small but looks right over the white Rock pier and it’s a beautiful view. I had the pan fried oysters to start and the lobster ravioli. Only note was the blue cheese was a bit overpowering on the lobster. Other than that it was fresh, delish and good portions. My boyfriend had the crab cakes to start and a chicken ceasar salad. I tried the crab cakes and they were very flavorful, but he said the salad wasn’t his favorite (ceasar salad junkie tho…he’s eaten more than his fair share) They have small fleece blankets draped over a couple chairs so u don’t have to wear ur jacket after the sun sets over the ocean, a beautiful finish to the meal:)09 May, 2015Lobster Ravioli. Blue cheese Is a bit over powering for the lobster but still delicious

Over priced, over cooked, over seasoned, fantastic service but that isn’t enough to bring us back … Never again

Fresh n Good happy hours. Calamari was made fresh unlike most of the places serving the standard FoodService frozen stuff – very good. Good beers on tap too, and reasonably priced from 3-6pm happy hours

The food lacked flavour and the service was slow. Just another overrated White Rock restaurant.

Awesome. LOVED my experience there last night. We had a post-holiday get together and it was the perfect place to have it. The menu was diversified enough to meet everyone’s palates and you know it’s got to be all good when plates are being passed from diner to diner so that we can share in the taste sensation. Rack of lamb was out of this world – great flavors and cooked to perfection. Service was spot on. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.11 Jan, 2014Awesome. Another White Rock casualty. We have been enjoying this restaurant since it was opened by the same person that owned Cielos. This place changed owners in June and just like Cielos the quality of the food has definitely gone down hill ( no pun intended ). Paella was not even close to authentic, dry and overcooked. The halibut, $32! if it was actually halibut was overcooked and like leather on the top, all the sauce had been absorbed by the veg it was served on top of and was starchy. Long boat crme brule was nothing like it used to be, not creamy at all no fruit and too much sugar crust. On a high note the service was very good and the lemongrass mussels were fantastic. We gave up on Cielos a long time ago which wasn’t easy for us as we used to eat there 3 to 4 times a month and now we find ourselves looking for another favourite on the strip…….WE MISS YOU MATT!!!
