Great Ice Cream! So much variety here! I visited White Rock and came here as of my friend’s suggestions. The portion is HUGE for the price and tastes amazing! Must visit if you’re near the promenade area!
They serve Island Farm ice cream. The scoops are generous. They are usually the ones open when other ice cream places are closed. But if you are looking for a cafe to sit down at, I’d suggest you try somewhere else. The facilities here are just dirty. There were flies everywhere and the furniture looks worn down.
Rude service. Probably the WORST service at white rock beach!!! These teenagers were completely unprofessional as they were slapping each others bums, screaming at each other, talking obnoxiously, and treating their customers without care. Unbelievably rude and NOT worth your money. I will definitely not be going there again do not recommend it. There are plenty of other ice cream shops down at white rock beach that actually make their own ice cream and have a reputable staff.
Worst service in white rock.. When the staff finally looked up from their smart phones they were discourteous and seemed bothered by my presence. Zero regard for customer satisfaction. When I went back a few weeks later, because it was the only place open, one of the young girls insulted me with an off color comment about my appearance.
Disapointing and Very Noisy. At 11 am they had almost no baked goods (muffins to choose from) Only a few customers. The coffee had sour taste and I assumed the cream had started to turn. When I explained to the barista she got upset and banged the cream jug. The second cup was the same so I assume it is the brand of coffee or perhaps not cleaning the machine enough.The location fronts the West Beach and parking lot. However it is directly on the Main beach corner so engine noise makes outdoor conversation hard (and a bit smelly)
