I went in here for gelato with my wife. We waited in line for 5 minutes and when our turn came, we asked for double scoop gelato. First bad experience was the cashier who clearly could speak and understand English well enough. I had to explain my order to her three times.Additionally, since we were confused about which flavour will be better, I asked for tasting spoons/taste samples of couple of flavours, which is something the shop offered to some of the other customers before us too. When I requested that, suddenly some other older asian guy showed up who basically refused to give us tasting spoons citing long line up behind us. We found that excuse to be rubbish and left immediately. When we were leaving, the same asian guy waved us out with hand gestures.Obviously, I found it to be a racist gesture on the older asian guy’s part when he was clearly offering tasting spoons to other customers. Also, this is not the first gelato shop I have been too. I have been to other gelato shops as well, and every shop offers tasting spoons to customers. I curse this business to be bankrupt! I would give -5 stars if I could.
