Went in for lunch today with my family. Place was not busy. Was sat fdown with no real hello or welcome. First bad sign. Sat for 10 minutes and watched the watress clean 3 tables around us and then go back to the bar and lazily wipe down the counter. Disappeared. Finally got fed up and wakedy family out. Saw the manager and he was still glued to the phone. Walked up to him and told him how terrible the service was and he was dumbfounded and didn’t wenake an attempt to say anything or stop us from leaving. Did not care. Will never go back. Used to go to gians all the time for functions but from now on I will tell everyone to avoid. So disappointed. There are so many other great places but gians is not what it used to be. No love. No one cares. I would heed the comments from others on this site regarding service mr.gian
Great lunch buffet!. Never disappointed in their lunch buffet and service. I only downfall is trying not to stuff myself to the hilt haha.
Really disappointed. Order takeout last night, as most reviews where fantastic! We ordered butter chicken, mutter panner, nann, and rice. The butter chicken tasted excellent even though we got mild (6 year old) however there where only 5 very small pieces of chicken not enough to feed a family. The mutter panner was awful, greasy, and canned peas where used, there where 3 pieces of homemade cheese. The nann was fine, and rice was average. The price was decent, however I don’t think I will order again. Disappointed Customer
Poor Quality Ingriendients, Lack of care in preperation. Went to the lunch buffet, The bad:Rice was sticky and overcooked, There was a continuous bitter taste in it; was also over salted.The lamb curry was not lamb; it in fact is beef as another reviewer posted.The butter chicken was so runny and had very little chicken in it.Everything consistently lacked the spice, and the aroma; perhaps this is due to consumer base they are trying to attract.menu was limited when compared to other Indian all you can eat places in town.The good:Unlike what I have read, the service was very good. The staff were all friendly and tried to help in any way possible.
I dont know what these other people on here are talking about. This place is freaking amazeballs. This is where my boyfriend and I come whenever we want to satisfy our indian food cravings. Garlic naan and goat curry is so tasty.
If you say mild spicy. They put sugar or jaggery in it. Male staff is so arrogant and non respective. Looks like they have good business so don’t care if you are happy or not.
DISGUSTING. This place has the worst customer service I have ever received. The food was greasy and disgusting. I WILL NOT be going back.
