Feeling nostalgic, I went in and got their Tuesday special at $3.29 plus tax – a 65% increase from the toonie days. For the deal, you receive two pieces of chicken (drumstick and thigh) and fries. Add a $1 and you get a regular drink.After ordering at the counter, my box came together quite quickly. It appeared that the staff were very ready to process the orders from the higher demand.The size of the chicken pieces were okay, I suppose. I must admit that it was a bit of a greasy pleasure. New Management ???. Last few orders has been great success, they went over beyond what I specifically requested. Not sure management has been changed but I have been very pleased with the services either online orders or phone orders. Great Hockey Night Food.
Bad Attitude. Almost all of the staff at this location are either poorly trained or have a bad attitude towards customers. Cashiers don’t know how to enter orders correctly, take payment. Kitchen staff serve food that is lukewarm because they are lazy and lack initiative.
Order Issues. Actually, I’ll never get to know if it was a good meal. An hour after ordering by phone, we called them back. After waiting about ten minutes for someone who knew where it was, someone abruptly informed us that our meal wouldn’t come because they didn’t deliver to our area. It would’ve been nice not to wait for a meal that was never going to show up.
