This is a hidden little gem. You would not know it from walking in, but the food is among some of the most interesting and creative food this city has to offer. This is not a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, but they have clearly made some conscious choices in their menu not to serve any red meat. And I did not miss it, because the seagood and vegetables were fantastic. Don’t expect huge piles of food dumped on your plate here. This is a wine snack bar, not a diner. But their elegant tasty plates and bowls of food go perfectly with the wines they have to offer, which I would say is pretty much Vancouver’s largest selection of natural wines available by the glass.
