Had a most unpleasant experience here. I have been a North Shore resident for 25 years and never witnessed the owner of an establishment be so rude to customers. The regular coffee they serve is not improved by unecessary theatrics, we just want coffee, not some potion show. The coffee is capable of striping paint in your bathroom, the owner could learn a thing or two about the basics to selecting and brewing coffee. The 20minutes I spent waiting for my coffee did not help either. Undoubtly the worst cafe experience of my life, and I have lived in some notoriously rude countries.
