Poor meal. We ordered a couple of loaded hot dogs and fries. The fries were not fresh, them seemed like they were reheated. You must have changed your fries as the were awful. Some skinny and some steak fries.I am very disappointed and I do not think we will be back. To many other restaurants to choice from
Great food, friendly staff.. The food at five guys was great, I had never been before and the girl at the front was very nice. The amount of fries you get is wicked and the burger was amazing. I usually only eat burgers at earls, but I think I found a new favourite. The only downfall was we couldn’t find a clean table. There was only other couple in there and every table was cluttered and dirty. I will be back for sure though!
Great, great staff, great team work, great attitudes, great food. My Guy and I drive from Lake Country just to treat ourselves to the best burger and fries you’ll find for the price. Jeff and the rest of the staff that worked tonight deserve a mention and this is exactly why I’m writing this review. As a former manager in the hospitality industry I know it’s staff that makes the magic and the staff tonight were magical. Thanks Guys, Five Guys……
Miss. This location is under new management, and if you have any issues what so ever, the manager here will replace your meal for free. The crew is very energetic, the food is fresh and the value is above and beyond expectations. Try it again, you’ll surely be pleasantly surprised.
Last time I went to 5 guys burgers I was served a uncooked double burger. Lucky for me I cut it in half and seen both patties were uncooked. I have told everyone I know about it already. Check the burger before u eat it. I will never go there again.
I would suggest those who want a lame little burger with a cute little dollop of ketchup and mustard on an overcooked puck should go elsewhere. Five guys makes messy, juicy burgers and our family thinks they are quite delicious! It’s ridiculous how many scrumptious fries you get. As for value, I bring my family of seven here often and with smart ordering we leave full of good food for the same price as we would pay at a low budget fast food joint.
5 stars!. Awesome!The best burger in existence! I’ve been here at least 6 times and its always been consistent! The staff or blond haired girl who’s usually there is always super enthusiastic about taking orders and telling people about the place and they always say goodbye as people leave.Will come back many more times!
