Is it going down hill again. I love tacos so I eat at the local Taco Bell as often as I can, about once a week. I’m there now in fact. When I walked in the cashier is chatting with friends, no one is ordering. I arrive at the counter, which as usual has grease on it in spots. So I told her it needs wiping and I could see she didn’t care. It’s now 10 minutes since I ordered and she still hasn’t wiped it off. I can’t like or dislike, the foods good, the service is something’s lacking.

Horrible.. Ordered a family meal to go got home. No salads. No gravy. The fries were stale. The chicken was cold. how old do you have to be to work here. The kids looked about 12. Never ever ever order from here again. Here’s hoping we don’t get food Poisening.
Very bad service. I have lived in West Kelowna for just over 7 years. About 2 years ago we drove through the drive through and ordered our meals, and drinks. We were told how much we had to pay and to proceed to the first window.When we got there we were then told that they had run out of chicken????? errrr hello KFC the clue to what you sell is in your name.We left, hungry and frustrated. I vowed never to go back. I actually never go in the place because it is always dirty, and the staff are so lacking in experience it’s beyond me how they keep their jobs.About a year later, against my better judgment we went back……………….same old same old story, sorry we have run out of chicken. I promised myself that however hungry or desperate for fried chicken I would never ever venture towards that store again.On Saturday 14th April 2012, I bowed to pressure from my boys to get them KFC, I really didn’t want to drive to the Kelowna location so in to the Westside store we went.Guess what……………….they had run out of CHICKEN. Now I have a suggestion for your company name. Instead of KFC why not use WTF. The management here seriously need to wake up and give their heads a shake. Order more friggin chicken, oh and maybe as the staff have nothing to cook, clean the place up.Just for the records I am never going back.
Lame. They ran out of spicy chicken. Reason? The new guy in the back didn’t yet know how to prepare it. Poorly run . The Taco Bell next to it is just as bad.
