It was alright. Previous reviews about the tempura were fairly accurate. Hot and crispy, good mix. Great service, very attentive. Was very clean, and quiet…. Cant say I enjoyed any one of the rolls I ordered. Boring. Tried a roll with spicy sauce, which was fairly peculiar; a bad combination of sweet thai chili, franks hot sauce, and ketchup; just odd. This might be just me, but I cant stand ordering rolls that have crab in them and come out with a stringy imitation pinkish crab. Its just a terrible texture in the mouth. Anyways, I wont be back for rolls anytime, probably stop by one more time to check out how the udon is rumoured to be good.

Fantastic udons!. My boyfriend and I were visiting from Calgary. We ended up at this place because we specifically craved udon on a chilly rainy day and turns out this place had the best udon I’ve ever tasted, hands down. It came in a (clay?) pot so it stayed hot for a long time, noodles were of nice texture, generous portions, and the broth was to… die for (for a lack of better words). Besides the udons, i only had small salmon roll so I can’t really speak for other stuff but I highly recommend the udons here.

Sushi Ya Rolls. This was by far the best sushi we have ever had!! One vegetarian and one sashimi lover and we both had so many options to choose from. We also loved that it was a family owned restaurant. Service was friendly and fast. Definitely will be back and recommend!!!

This is the Best Sushi restaurant! We have eaten there numerous times, and every time it has been consistent and delicious. Nothing is ever at all fishy, temperature of food is always perfect, tempura is the best Ive tried in Kelowna and they don’t bulk up their rolls with tons of rice as a filler, just lots of filling. Coming from Vancouver where there is an abundance of great sushi, you’d know just how hard it is to find great sushi in the interior. Amazing! if I could, I’d eat there everyday.

The sushi here is like art. It is delicious and beautiful to look at. The crispy rolls are all delicious.

Very nice inside and the sushi was good as well. It wasn’t very busy for it being a Friday night. The waitress was kind of awkward but maybe it was because there wasn’t much to do. I probably wouldn’t go back because I don’t live in Westbank but would maybe do take out if I happened to be driving by and had a craving
