Is it possible to be better than perfect? If it is than Little Billy’s Steakhouse fits that category!!! This air conditioned five star family run restaurant with a warm atmosphere in Burnaby serves the very best dishes at reasonable pricing. The serving staff is wonderful, the chef and his crew are top notch. My only wish is that they never retire and close down this business because being the best restaurant in the Lower Mainland does take a lot of effort and discipline.Well done Little Billy’s!!!
Husband and Friend got extremely sick all night long immediately after eating here. Restaurant Staff and Owner respond irresponsibly and poorly.So my husband & a friend went for a nice dinner the other weekend here. Service was good, food was delicious. They were happy with their experience. Both of them, within 20 min of arriving home ended up being sick all night. constantly running to the bathroom all night. I was up my husband and my friend, our friends wife, was kept up all night as well. We called the restaurant to let them know that something they may be serving if making people sick. Woman who answered the phone was kind and told us she received others calls that day of other people getting sick. She said she call us back on Monday, took our number down, after she speaks to the owner to see if there is anything they can do for us. Never heard back. I just called them back asking for an update and mentioned she never called me back. The response received was they never got calls from anyone else getting sick so there is nothing they are going to do for us ‘discount’ wise and that it wasn’t their food and if we want we can physically walk-in to the restaurant and talk to the owner. ???? and she never called us back ON PURPOSE because there is nothing the owner is willing to do about it.I’ve lost so much respect for this restaurant and that owner. If you say your going to do something, do it. There are so many amazing restaurants in this city. I definitely won’t miss this one. Our friends constantly ask us where to go that good for date nights. Hubby and I are known for being foodies. This restaurant is no longer on my recommended list.
Have tried a few things here and love it! Great for a couple of old friends catching up, couple on a date, or a bigger group. Goes against the played trend of minimalistic hipster joints and proudly bears its classy heritage. Clean and modern decor but with old school rich & satisfying dishes like chicken parm, baked lasagna, moussaka, and souvlaki. Their wine collection is not pretentious but delicious. Have not yet tried the steak…there may be a part 2 of this review!
After much searching we finally found a restaurant that would accomodate a party of 50 without a lot of rerstrictions. Little Billy’s stafff were extremely accomodating, service at the bar and the tables was all you could expect. When the food was served , everyone was served at the same time,it was hot and it was delicious. Couldn’t ask for a better time. Fielded a lot of positive comments about the location , with no negatives. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Stay Away. I wouldn’t go here simply due to the fact that the staff backlashes against customer reviews. Look below to see Andrea Jacobs review. She attacks a customers review. Best Resturant!!!! Best german cook in canada. I was after a long time finally back in Canada and also in the best resturant in the world( traveling much) The food and the cook was making me like always happy!!! I got my steak like a german would love it !!!! But the best was the german beer!!!!!! ( no wonder the cook is german) i was reading a few other post on this site but i need to be honest that i m a little bit confused if we re talking about the same Little Billy’s Steakhouse? From my side : i ll come always back again to eat.
