I ordered food from this restaurant through Skip the Dishes and I had the worst experience with La Conquistadora. I ordered my food at 6:25 pm and while the courier was on the way to my house, the restaurant called me and said that the courier left half of our order in the restaurant, like it was my responsbility to call the courier. There was no way for me to communicate to the courier what happened until the courier arrived at my house. I talked to Skip the Dishes and they said it was the restaurant’s responsibility to double check if the courier had everything.I got the second half of the order at 8:30 pm. That’s over two hours of waiting for some food. It was ridiculous!! I didn’t even get any compensation from them for this huge inconvenience. I’m never ordering from La Conquistadora again!
