This is not the Chilli Pepper it used to be, the old owner, brother of the Green Lettuce guy sold it. The food is now gross, soggy and tasteless, cooked in a rush and served half uncooked sometimes. Service is bad to, very unfriendly and language barriers which result in wrong orders and other mistakes. I suggest all not to go here anymore.
This is not the SAME Chili Pepper house, the original owners are now in Langley, called Chili house, in the complex where Mongolian Grill is. This place is horrible, took them 25mins to even bring water and take our order. Then half hour later each dish came out 15mins at a time, how ridiculous. Then 20mins to get our food packed which we did ourselves, they just dropped of the containers and walked away another 1/2 hr to get our bill we wasted almost two hours. I was so mad we were going to walk out without paying. There were others who were getting upset, three new groups came in and I was able to get them to leave, BETTER SERVICE AT MCDONALD’S . Food is good but service is extremely horrible, best thing is just to do take out but that is a good 1 hour wait. We will never ever go here again!
Very poor service and while waiting they used a paper with someone’s resume paper to show daily specials and waited over 20 mins to get some one to serve use. Never coming back here very disappointed
Buyer beware: This is NOT the Chilli Pepper House it used to be. We have picked up takeout a dozen times before over the last couple of years – always ordering the same delicious dishes. Sunday was our last time: some dishes were flavourless (hard given the ingredients), soggy fried foods, subpar sauces, one dish was inedible. VERY disappointing to see a consistently good restaurant fail so badly.
Opened! fully renovated. Same chef and same menu at the same location. good indian chinese food. also serve lunch special before 3:00
You can get better food at better prices. Keep looking.
Bill Haas. Good service and good food. I really liked the General Tsao’s Chicken. I will definitely come back again. Also, the singtao tasted really good.
