So i have ordered from rick Shaw a few times. I find the food to be bland. When I ordered the beef chop suey the beef was all stuck together in this gooey thick sauce. The war wonton soup was very bland. It’s to bad. I remember I used to go years ago and it was very good and flavourful, it must have changed owners.
Just ok. I though that they have dim sum, but they don’t have service for dim sum anymore. So, i ordered from lunch menu. Their quality is same as fast-food. Their service is not too bad. Thats means not great also. I don’t come back again.

Don’t waste your time.. My family and I used to order from here frequently over the years. It really has lost why it used to be. Tonight we made a delivery and ordered wonton soup, chicken chow mien, Szechuan beef, honey garlic pork and spring rolls. When the order was placed they said it would take an hour for delivery. By the time it came it was almost two hours. A phone call had been placed to see where the order was. We were told the driver was stuck in traffic, I only live two blocks away. Took the meal upstairs and was immediately disappointed. The spring rolls were tiny and had no filling at all. Szechuan beef was tasteless and soggy from all the breading used. Honey garlic pork were like little rubber mats and suprisingly had no flavour. The rest of the items were edible but I wouldn’t write home about anything. I phoned the restaurant immediately and was met by a server who said that she could not authorize a refund, that only a manager could. I spoke with a male on the phone who was rude and had hung up on me. I phone back again and was told that the driver would be returning and a refund would be completed. I will not be ordering from this place ever again. We did however order from a place just down the street King Do…the food was great, I’d recommend King Do but don’t waste your time with Rickshaw.12 Feb, 2015Don’t waste your time. We used to order from this place all the time and it has just been going downhill since. Tonight I order delivery…which took almost two hours to be delivered. When we called back to check the person said that the driver was stuck in traffic. I don’t believe that for a second since I only live two blocks away. The food was sub par at best. There was no flavour and the spicy beef that we ordered was breaded and not spicy at all. All the food was warm at best. I called the restaurant to have the driver return for a full refund. I spoke with manager who gave me a hard time thinking I had eaten everything and wanted a refund. Needless to say I will never order from this place again.
Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had hands down. We couldn’t even eat it… My dogs wouldn’t even eat it… Disgusting
