Great Oxtail!. My friends and I rode our Harley’s from Vancouver to Kelowna on Monday as we wanted to sample my Uncle Geoff’s Caribbean cooking; he had bragged to me what a great chef Kareem was so we thought we’d make a day of it. One of the guys riding with me happens to be a chef from the Vancouver Culinary School and couldn’t stop raving about the food! Spectacular taste; just enough bite in the Jerk Chicken and the yes, the Fish Tacos are to die for!Geoff’s interaction with the guests was fun too; Thanks for a good time Unc!!
