Service has gone down the toilet since Vail took over. My wife, daughter and myself arrived on a Saturday at 3:00 to a table that hadnt been cleared yet. Took 15 for a server to take our drink and food order and our table still wasnt cleared. My wife ordered a Moscow mule, my daughter ordered a hot chocolate and I ordered a shock top beer. About 3:40 our drinks came but I didnt get my beer as the waitress brought two Moscow mules. I said I didnt order a Moscow mule that I ordered a shock top. She then said theyre out of shock top for 20mins. As I felt that 25 mins was an excessive wait and I didnt want to wait for another drink that I guess Ill drink it. Our table finally gets cleared – a little too long in my opinion. Our food arrives at 3:55- no complaints there. My beer finally arrives around 4:10. Our waitress didnt come back until 4:25 and we ask for our bill. She didnt come back for another 10mins and charges me for the Moscow mule. After asking her to remove it she does without question. By the time we left it was 4:55. Im confident to say that the Vail computer system is really screwing up the on hill bars such as Dustys. Its fair to say Im not going back as the wait for three drinks, a kids chicken strip meal and some wings was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have never had as bad of a wait time in all the years that I can remember. Id wait until Vail figures out their sh*t before going there. #vailfail
