Stumbled across this place looking for a light lunch with my parents. I was so stoked to see some gluten free and vegan options here and I enjoyed a quinoa minestrone soup. Cool to see protein-packed and gluten-free quinoa in place of regular pasta in the soup- a unique take on a classic! My parents loved their bacon and potato soup and wraps.
