Inconsistent. Been there before and quality was good. Went back and the food lacked taste and was bland. Had the egg rolls, all veggies, no bean sprouts or chicken / shrimp. Ordered the dinner for two. Disappointed. Lemon chicken was thin slices and must have hit the deep frier twice as batter was black. Sweet and Sour pork lacked flavour, no pineapple or sweetness. The veggie plate was bland and poor selection of veggies, no bok choy or Chinese veggies on plate. Chicken Chow Mein was soggy not crispy and chicken was steamed and tasteless. Portions were small and disappointing. Will take a chance on the smorgasbord next time.
Some people consider this place one of the better Chinese places in the area. Perhaps it goes to show the poor quality of the other places. Nothing fancy here. It’s basic Cantonese. Service is good and prices are reasonable. Food is unimpressive and sometimes not good at all. I’m still waiting for a better option.
