I have ordered from uptown pizza 3 to 4 times per month for over 4 years. I have heard from people who have experienced problems without any concern from the staff, now that it’s happened to me, I get their frustration.I have experienced problems before but I’ve never complained until very politely pointing out a problem today. First they denied it, I was surprised and said your going to lose a 4 year customer, then they offered 5% off my next order??? I hope other people read this and give their dollar vote to a place that doesn’t treat customers like they are trying to get something free
Just eating their pizza now and couldn’t wait to review. Easily one of if not the best combinations of taste and price I have ever seen. Ordered 2 largest for ~$30 and both are great. Would recommend everyone try this place at least once.
I go to Uptown Pizza regularly for slices of pizza at lunch. I find their pizzas to be very satisfying with generous toppings and a delicious crust. Service is always friendly and prompt. I’ve also ordered pizzas for a large group without any issues, and all the pizza was gobbled up, with compliments!
Delivery service sucks.. Ordered online, then called to follow up more than an hour later and they said they just received the order. Then gave me the exact time I placed the order one hour and twenty minutes before I called. Then started to offer me more excuses and/or lies about how I should have ordered. Crappy, non-existant, non service, they will never get an order from me.
Best pizzs hands down!. I am always a little hesitant trying new pizza places, especially ones that are not part of a chain. Also what threw me off was the low prices. But I took a chance a tried. Pretty much I am never ordering from another pizza place after trying this! Fresh ingredients, loads of toppings. Yummy crust that’s not too ‘doughy’ or dense, and big variety! The uptown super deluxe is my personal fav 🙂 enjoy!
