One of two bars in town makes it popular. This place looks really nice.. however the food is blah ( iv gotton sick more then once) I think the cooks have no ambishion .or no experience… boreing as hell there.. never seen entertainment ever there.. except if u want to win a gun..once in a while …. wooopie dooo da… but only two places to go in winfield so peeps dont have much of choice…. I wouldnt stop in if yer from out od town…. keep goin down highway .. you will find better….. trust me…. iv been to aaalooot of bars across canada.
Wandered in……. Sunday night, had the steak sandwich special $9.95. Smothered with sauted mushrooms and onions and served with their tremendous homemade fries. Absolutely delicious. We are coming back tonight, Thursday, for their special of the night, steak and lobster and baked potato with the works for $16.95. Know it will be terrific as well.
Woody’s. Great pub food….has gone downhill a bit, possibly change of chefs…..now using frozen fries instead of fresh….which was why i went there!…..generally great servers….with the exeption of one, who may or may not still be there……music seriously too loud, but generally great pub food….
Love it.. This is a great place for a meal. Food is great and most of the waitresses are really nice. It is a mixed crowd so expect old people, young people, bikers and more.
