They essentially do one thing. And they do it good. They do pork tacos, with soft tortillas made with a special tortilla machine from Mexico. It works out to about $10 per 1/4 pound of meat, so if four people go get a full pound and its $40 for four people. Go hungry as they give you beans and salsa and the tacos are delicious. They also do vegetarian filling but we didn’t try those. I would return definitely for the authentic Mexican goodness.
Great restaurant. The tortillas are very authentic and the best I have had in Vancouver. The carnitas were very good I found it to be slightly too salty(for someone who loves salt) but it might have been a one off. The salsa verde was good could have been spicier. Best Taqueria in Vancouver reasonable price for the amount of food, unike La Taqueria where you are still feeling hungry after 4 tacos. Will be back.
