3.6/5 The spring roll is surprisingly good! Plus I like the portion of duck in the rice noodle, and the tofu! The Vietnamese coffee (with half sweet) tastes way bitter to me(like a tea coffee in Hong Kong style), should have it with full sweet 🙂
This place is amazing!! You can substitute the bread with rice paper and they are huge! I really enjoyed this place; they are not skimpy with the filling. It does however always have a long line so order ahead! Totally recommend.
Straight up delicious!! They may not be your traditional Vietnamese sub, but it doesn’t matter. I can’t even name my favourite. This is a must go when you are in the area. Take an iced coffee to go too!!
Based on today’s visit. I give this place a 3.5-4DD Mau is in a great location, and the interior is so cute! I love the rustic yet new and modern look. Very nicely done.I got the tofu lemongrass sub on a multigrain bun and my fianc got the bbq duck sub on a white bun.Mine was pretty good and my fianc said he liked his. I think some more sauce in it would be good. I wana go back and try a noodle bowl 🙂
went on a Sunday, not particularly busy. Ordered the bbq duck and roast pork, to go. Got home, took a bite of each and was disappointed that they forgot a key ingredient- the sauce. The meat still had its original juices but not having any sauce whatsoever killed it.
Love this place. Had the chicken lemongrass sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. Also tried lychee green tea which was tasty and delicious. The only downside is that it’s one of those pricier vietsub places.
Had the roast duck…nothing roasted about it….I knew it was bunk when the girl who made it was getting the duck out of the tray all soggy Soo much juice it was Gona make my Banh mi soggy also…smh either she didn’t know what she was doing or she didn’t give a crap on top of that I expected some duck skin I guess they ate it all…I give them a benefit of a doubt and try one more time something else though no duck for me that’s for sure
