Nothing special. Used to be the best burgers around. Now just another chain store burger. Had the Angus burger. Reasonable good quality but not as tasty and juicy as some competitors. The plus is you get to custom your toppings instead of the typical assembly line burgers. Worth a try.

I love the burgers, but the Vancouver Harvey’s is not offering the option of milk, four different times I have ordered the combo and asked for milk and they are either out of it or one time I asked why and they said it is up to the manager to buy it???? They have milk shakes so why not milk? I think someone is trying to save a dime and in the process they will lose a dollar, they won’t have me as a customer if they think of their dime rather than my dollar.
Unhelpful staff. Been by here a couple times, food is alright. However, second time I visited here, there’s a sign saying the ice dispenser on the drink machine is broken and to ask for ice. Ok, no problem, order and go to get a drink. Every single carbonated drink is flat and warm. I complain, and the cashier mentions that they know and that parts are on order. No suggestions or apology. I end up throwing out my drink and ordering a drink elsewhere. At least post a sign admitting your machine is broken, saw two other customers go through the same routine. Poor customer service.
Except for the back-east nostalgia of this chain, there’s nothing special here but exceptionally bad service. If forced to eat here, try the onion rings. Move along!
Mediocre at best. Staff was so slow my burger was getting cold by the time it got to me. Nothing really terrible about the place but nothing worth going back for. There are better burgers all over the city, often for less money.
Finally a Harvey’s in Vancouver downtown that is NOT inside Home Depot! I LOVE their burgers. BEST burgers around
