I love the taste of microgreens. Unlike eating the typical box of leafy greens or even deep greens from Costco that has been in transit and distribution from Calfornia for as long as it takes to grow these microgreens, this Living Produce Aisle makes my salad by cutting the greens when I order. There is no better way to preserve and ingest nutrients, freshly harvested on-demand.When checking out this place, my Google search yielded description like 40x more vitamin E in microgreen version, 3x higher in beta- carotene in mcrogreen version, 30% protein… etc. It makes me feel healthier even just knowing that for thr same volume of greensgrown up greens vs microgreensI am getting more food value.I hate salads, but I love these microgreens. Im fortunate to have access to these. While I was in LA recently, I couldnt find thr equivalent outlet.
