It’s nice to see more and more plant based meals coming out of food trucks. The burgers here are pretty decent for being vegan; however, they use gardein products for the meat substitutes, so the toppings are where they shine. The nutritional yeast cheese sauce was pretty damn good.Get extra napkins if you order the cheez burger! It would be nice to see them transition into making the patties in house, for $10 I feel like I can replicate the burgers at home fairly easily. Also I was looking forward to trying the tirimisu but it appears they removed it from the menu…On another note the staff were friendly and helpful, they are good people here 🙂

First things first, the man serving us was very friendly. The veggie burgers they sell are some of the most high-quality, delicious ones Ive ever had, even going the extra mile to add niche ingredients like vegan bacon and cheese (also delicious). Prices are very reasonable (great burgers for $10 and under, tax incl.) considering the quality is on par with pricier restaurants like Milestone’s and Earl’s. No downside whatsoever, apart from needing an adult diaper change after busting 3 bags of milk mid-meal.

This is such an amazing addition to Vancouver and the vegan community! The staff is super friendly and will explain all of their options to you, not to mention the food itself is delicious. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it tasted exactly like the real thing, except better. (Their cheese sauce is soo good) The teriyaki burger is also great. The only thing I wish for this food truck is that it would be open more frequently throughout the week. I would recommend this to anyone looking to try out some cruelty-free food, whether they are vegan or not.

Bacon Cheeseburger Yum. Best Vegan burger that tastes like a real burger…has a beautiful smokiness to it. It’s fun to fool friends that beat their chest claiming they’re carnivores. The key is to wait 3 days before telling them it was meatless.Only con is that they’re not open longer hours / more days.

Hands down best burgers ever. The first time I heard about the Loving Hut was when my then meat-eating husband randomly ate there for lunch and could not stop raving about it afterwards. The burgers are unbelievably good. My favourite is the ‘chicken’ burger, it’s so crispy and saucy and amazing!

My favorite place for vegan food in Vancouver!. Since I don’t live in Yaletown I had no idea about this place until recently when I came upon it out of the blue. As a longtime vegan/vegetarian I have to say this is some of the best vegan comfort food I’ve had. You can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu but my favorite is the Onion Ring Cheese Burger. A close second is the Reuben. My omnivore partner also loves the food here and even with his massive appetite it completely satisfies him. I literally can’t stop thinking about this place and as I write this review my mouth is watering. This is a really special place and I’m so happy it exists!!! Oh and one last thing, the prices are really reasonable for the sandwiches.

Flexible service (they even delayed my order so I could go to a doctors appointment). And healthy, hearty, tasty options. Now they just need longer hours!
