Worst Server I have ever encountered. From the moment we sat down our server was rude and abrupt. When it came time to order and we motioned her to our table she responded with ‘what do you want?’, ignored our table numerous times and when we asked to split our bill she told us to figure it out on our own. This is a shame as the food was decent and the prices for beer were very reasonable. When we paid via debit, giving a tip she didn’t deserve, she took the receipt and threw it in my face and walked away without saying a word. Thanks to the cheque we learned our server was Racquel and the reason why we will never go back to PHAT.
The most pure service I ever receive in Yaletown restaurant! The waiter walk beside me 5 times , I had a empty glass. Than I came to the bar , ask for another pint, barman told me if you don’t like service, don’t come here!I was shocked !I never heard the so horrible words from a person how is working in customer service! That was very unpleasant and unprofessional !I don’t recommend this place for anyone. With this service, it is not a place where you will have a pleasant time! People who work there treat you like you are a garbage !
Disappointing food and service. A friend recommended me this place for its bagels and sandwiches. At first, I was nave to think that because it was pricey, the food would make up for it. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Either he has been to another restaurant or something terrible has happened ever since.The customer service is simply lacking in this place. The waitress was rude and inattentive, and acted as if she couldn’t hear me. As for the food? The eggs Benedict were a major turn off. The hollandaise sauce was a downer as well. The food was badly presented as well. The poached eggs were served in a container, which looks kind of cheap. I mean, I am paying a considerable amount for this food ($11) and this is what you give to me? Cmon. And dont get me started on the sides. The fact that you have to pay $4 for one is outrageous. This place claims to have Montreal smoked meat but honestly, it came nothing close to it. I should have gone to subway.
Had a great experience here last night! I have been looking to find a sandwich spot in Vancouver that makes a decent deli-style sub and finally found it. The portion size was excellent and our hilarious server made the experience very enjoyable. I will definitely be back to this spot to watch sports on the patio during the summer!

Tacky place. Pretty much empty on a Saturday night. Sat down with 5 friends and were totally ignored so we got up and left. I don’t think anyone noticed!
Too Noisy.. I’ve attempted to be a regular of this place for quite a while as it has a very cheers like atmosphere to it on the bar side. However, when wanting to come in on a regular night sometimes the sound is turned up so loud and there is no one inside. It’s usually playing some kind of music with a bass heavy beat that us old folks don’t want to listen to. I’ve had to leave because of it. Also, the so called bar manager spends most of his time on his cell phone walking around doing nothing while the other people working look incredibly busy. Has so much potential here as it’s god great food and reasonably priced in yaletown, just really missing in certain aspects.I will say that it’s a great place to watch a Canucks game before heading to the stadium though!
