Really great pizza. Can stand up to the pizzerias out there! Decent prices and awesome beer cocktails. Manager was super friendly and welcoming. Will def come back!

Horrible service. Went there for drinks and some people would get the same beer on a larger sized pint, about 50% more than some others. When I asked about why they would get more beer for he same price all I got was that thu ran out of smaller glasses and had to give the rest larger portions and they wouldn’t do anything to correct it.

I didn’t get what I paid for!. I was excited to try a new bar and this one looked pretty cool, the decor and atmosphere looked great. Service and food were not so great. Price is expensive and my pizza was beyond soggy and tasted blah. The pizza you take home frozen and put in the oven or ordering pizza is way better than this one. Server didn’t know half of the menu and their napkin was so old, they should seriously invest in new ones! It left so much lint on my expensive suit and my girlfriend’s dress. Used cutlery and plate was not cleared, and the server kept pressuring if we wanted more alcholic beverages and you can truly tell that she is working for her tips, etc. Just basic things that a restaurant should know charging what they do, they lack. I might give this place another try, only if I really have no choice.

Great service & great pizzas!. Went to red card last week with a group of friends. Had some great appys, good drinks and had a lot of fun with our waitress romena. So impressed with the turn around of this place we had to thank one of the managers! Will definitely go back soon!

Poor service. My friends and I had a great time the first time we went here to watch the Canucks play, however our experience for Game 1 of the Canucks wasn’t the same. I was told they weren’t taking reservations for the night, but to come early for a seat, understandably. I was 1.5hrs early and was told by the manager that large parties had reserved tables and we had no chance of getting a seat. Considering I was told they weren’t taking reso’s, I plus everyone in line, were pretty upset to learn this. They can be unpredictable and inconsistent with their service, so I may have to think twice about returning especially on a game night!

Being rude to your customers = bad business model. I’ve been to Red Card many times. While the food is overpriced and not great, the convenient location, great set-up for watching sports and $5 beer specials kept me and my friends coming back. However, last weekend after spending 3 hours and a lot of money there watching the Whitecaps game, our server came over and informed us that since UFC was about to start we had to either pay cover or get up and leave. While I understand Red Card might want to increase their revenue by charging cover for UFC nights (even though there are plenty of places in the city to watch it for free), it might be a good idea to let people know they will face a cover charge or be forced to leave AHEAD OF TIME, rather than springing it on them. It’s not a good way to run a business and the unpleasant experience has meant that we won’t be back, even though we live in the area and are always looking for a fun place to watch hockey. The New Oxford it is.* side note: our server was very apologetic and understanding that kicking people out of their seats was a stupid policy. Bad management, not bad service.
