What do I even say? This Mediterranean joint is amazing. To start off, the fresh hot Saj bread off of those inverted metal griddles is amazing. Try both the normal and the buckwheat ones, paired with hummus are divine. All of their salads, all the plates, all the bowls. Just perfect and perfect. Everything feels so fresh and so authentic. I had the chance to try their catering menu as well, and most items actually come in these Saj bread bowls and the crunch of those bowls is amazing. Great little spot serving great food. Oh! And, Malek is amazing.
