Salchicha means sausage in Spanish named after our famous homemade Maraguez sausages and vegan sausages. We feature North African and Middle Eastern cuisine with influences from the Mediterranean and our grandmother's kitchen. We have started our restaurant as a premium meat panini bar and as to customer requests we have expanded our menu. Our famous dishes include homemade traditional maraguez sausages, beef kebab, Moroccan couscous, hummus and we ferment unique vegetables and carry a line of delicious traditional homemade sauces to make your experience more enjoyable. SALCHICHA is located in the heart of downtown on Granville Street, for those of you looking for healthy food, BC produce, homemade and preservatives free. our meat is premium, free range and additive-free and our food is all about maximum flavor with minimal, quality ingredients - at an affordable price.
