The Factory Pub is located on Granville St. which is one of the busiest streetdowntownVancouver. It is a small pub, but it has very good rock music. The Pub opens from 11:30 am until the midnight. All the food there are around $5.00, which isvery great deal for downtown food prices. My boyfriend and I always go to The Factory for lunch, sometimes dinner. We ordered Pulled Pork Sandwich, Factory Burger, and a bottle of beer for $15. The burger and sandwich always comewith fries and salad. The food is fresh and tasty. The servers were a little bit slow. I think it’s because of many people. The place is very loud with the backgroundmusic. SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The food was decent, but nothing compared to The Warehouse. My friends and I went there because the line for the Warehouse was pretty long. BIGGEST MISTAKE IN OUR LIFE! This small girl was unfriendly! The price is absolutely not worth it. Came in thinking I would only pay ~$5, but in reality paid double. The food was like the food you would get in a bowling alley that is overpriced. Negative for them. Poor service and quality! #WarehouseForever . At least warehouse gives you a bottle of water and you don’t have to wait forever for the water. This small staff cannot work in there when she does not know how to handle how to work in a very pressured situation. She even blamed us for slowing her down and to go sit our ass back down because she had a lot of things to do. In summary, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ATROCIOUS!!!!!!!!P.S. only gave them a one star because I don’t know how to put negative!!
