If your always on the go like me you’ll appreciate a better meal over drive thru fast food. I wanted to highlight something here I really like and good value. Their half sandwich/wrap with soup combo for 6.99They took this deal away in the beginning of the new year and brought it back recently. I guess the demand to bring it back was too high? The mango chicken wrap has alot of flavors going on. If your in a rush definitely try this combo item. It’s healthier and tastes pretty darn good.Update: May 24 2016Last minute cake purchase. The oreo cake is pretty good lol.

Happy alternative in this neighbourhood. Very pleasant servers, nice spacious seating and pretty average (hey, it could be worst! at least it isn’t too sour to drink) drip coffee. I am impressed by the vast amount of food offerings they are able to have. Next time I am gonna sample the soup which, for me, is a strong indicator of a deli’s quality.Now ..would I ever get groceries here? No. It’s PriceSmart with larger price tags. You just THINK it’s better Yaletownies. But I am reviewing the deli/prepared meals.

Overpriced groceries with sub par desserts.. Now, I know that when you go to UF, you expect to get gouged for your groceries. The problem is that, with the high prices, I expect high quality. UF also sells desserts, and fancy looking desserts at that! When you spend $4 on a small lemon tart, or $5 on a mixed fruit tart, you at least expect it to be good. UF disappointed BIG TIME in the taste department for their fancy desserts. I will not be going back here for dessert any time soon.
Lunch: Yes. If you want to stop in for lunch while walking along the seawall, this is a great place. The a-la-carte selection is fantastic.
