Chinois Prawns in all the years and hundreds of meals there are only a hand full of dishes you never forget and this will be one of them. French for Chinese Prawns this appetizer is a great balance of sweet, spicy, firm and crunchy and leaves that Edamame feeling coating your tastebuds, truly extraordinary. The restaurant was very modern, with a sheik but playful feel with terrific staff, from the time we came in to the time we left we felt valued and well attended. The Sable fish and the Scallop risotto were both excellent, inventive, well plated with fresh ingredients well balanced for a great taste experience. Definitely worth the visit to Yaletown.
