New cook or something else has changed for the worst. We used to order regularly as well as in the restaurant and after the last two visits we’ll never go back. (Thought the first awful order was a one off, not the new lower standard)
We ordered because are normal place was closedIt tasted disgusting and we all felt sick after It was so greasy and everything tasted the sameIt left a terrible after taste in your mouth
Overpriced. Delivery took forever. Food was terrible. Chow mien noodles were overcooked. Ginger beef was chewy and the pork wonton soup had tons of noodles which was gross and unexpected.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After receiving a partial order, I phoned, and was strongly informed that the entire order was delivered. I asked to speak to the woman’s supervisor, and was informed that she did not have a supervisor. I used to order from this place around 3-5 times a month, but I will not be ordering from them again. The food is overpriced, but there isn’t a lot of competition in Maple Ridge.
Great Buffet, but unfortunately not available right now since a motorist hit the building. Cant wait for their grand re-opening!
All things considered…not bad…. Not great but not bad. Only had delivery, they get it to you when they say they will, it is hot and ready to go. I hate sloppy chow mein and this is not, ordering on a Thursday…is fresher than on a Sunday night but all in all it is pretty fare chinese food in a town with many but all are sub-par. This is the only place I order from, I hope they don’t drop the ball or I will be back to driving to PM to Enjoy Gardens again!
The best in Maple Ridge!. My go to restaurant for chinese food for over 20 years. Still occasionally dine in for their dinner smorg but mostly take out these days. Have NEVER received a bad order in all of my years of patronizing the place. Not once. Amazing consistency! I like the Smorgasbord as it is just a little bit different than what most chinese restaurants offer. Calamari, Mussels, Singapore Rice Noodle to name a few dishes that are not so traditional. The Decor needs updating, but if you know Chinese Restaurants you’ll know that the best food seldom comes from the shiny establishments. Great Restaurant for no frills chinese food. Highly recommended!
