Where do I even start… Yikes. My food was horrific. Right from the appetizer to the main course. Calamari was rubbery, cold, and chewy. Mine and my wife’s chicken parmesan were both ice cold and barely cooked. There was 4 hairs in it that I can only assume we’re of the pubic variety… Our kids both had fettuccine and refused to eat it. The noodles were over cooked and soggy and once again, it was ice cold. Our server was the rudest girl i’ve ever seen in this industry, I believe her name was Marisa. She was on her phone more then she was tending to my family and I. She ignored us, rolled her eyes multiple times, and took her time when tending to our table. She didn’t apologize even once for our cold food and didn’t want to replace it even when I showed her the hairs in it!! Absolutely horrible service, and I later learned she is the daughter of the owners..? What a shame! I hope you teach her a little more decency and common courtesy when dealing with customers, and really improve the sanitation and quality of the food. The bathrooms could use a cleaning as well. I felt like I was at a truck stop in the middle of no where… will never be back & hopefully nobody else has to deal with such an awful experience.
Many years ago we ordered from here, I ordered a bacon wrapped steak of some sort-first bite I had the STAPLE THAT WAS USED TO HOLD BACON ONTO THE STEAK spear me AND break in my gum tissue so badly I had to have the piece surgically removed in ridge meadows hospital. When I went back INTO the restaurant to speak with them, I was FLAT OUT TOLD I WAS LYING. When I produced my leftovers they actually told me I did this myself!! I will not be able to ever forget this, people you are WARNED
