  This is one of the few authentic Vietnamese restaurants that are within walking distance from the downtown core (the ones on Ellice and Sargeant) are just tad out of reach for lunch hour unless I choose to drive.I only really come here for Vermicelli, Pho or Bun Bo Hue. They make these very well, and even their appetizers (salad rolls and spring rolls) are good! If I’m feeling like a Vietnamese Sub, there’s a new place a few blocks away that makes them to go so I generally go there.The service has always been quick here! I’ve never had to wait long for my order to be taken or for the food to arrive. The decor however is mediocre at best.Location is key in many cases, and if you’re looking for an authentic bowl of Pho downtown, this place will do the trick!

  This place used to be good. Their charbroiled beef rolls WERE my favourite – the flavour of the beef used be be amazing. I ordered them today and the meat was tough, dry and chewy. It was a pickup order but my service was terrible – the woman who brought me my order was on her cell phone the entire time. The only saving grace was the peanut sauce and there wasn’t enough of it to compensate for the meat. I will not go back.
