Scratch kitchen serving fresh locally grown seasonal vegetables, from the cabbage in the coleslaw, to the fresh cut fries, as well as local fresh beef, raised right here in the Parkland. Fresh bread is delivered daily from our local bakery, and our desserts are in house made from quality ingredients. We are family owned and operated. We cook up two fresh pots of soup daily, including 20 gallons of Borscht every Thursday. We also serve authentic Ukrainian Platters during the festival season. Perogies for breakfast are consumed on a daily basis, and are a staple on our menu!
