Just thought I’d let everyone know that it appears that this lovely gluten-free bakeshop has now closed. 🙁 A location called Cocobeans on Corydon exists, but I don’t know which came first, assuming they were associated.I had been to Cocobeans on Tache once before. I loved that it was entirely gluten-free. I tried their amaranth bread and quite enjoyed it. Bread was $10/loaf, so unfortunately, I passed on the purchase. I definitely appreciate quality and effort, but…They could have had me as a regular customer if their prices were even a bit more reasonable. (While not crowded, several people came in to buy while I was there.) Instead I tried their lemon slice and was transported to heaven! It was wonderful! I was looking forward to tasting more items.I only hope that the Corydon bakery is comparable. I am saddened that Tache no longer has such delicious options for gluten-free goodies since although it’s a great area, I am unlikely go head to that end of town in the near future just to buy bread.
Great service! Very welcoming, great selection of baked and frozen goods. I really liked the pies and breads and cookies they had. The perogies were good.
