Poor professionalism. Absolutely incometent, tired, and rude workers!! Food is alright but service is horrible and frustrating!!
Found piece of cotton in pizza, bad customer service. Ordered two medium pizza’s and found a piece of cotton in one and called for a refund and got argued with and called a liar, and to bring the pizza’s down to see how much i att, which was three slices before finding the cotton. Went down and got argued with as soon as i walked in the door. They took no responsibility, which i didn’t ask for, but wouldn’t give me a refund until after being berated first and finally get angry myself, not even a full refund they charged me for the pizza me and my two daughters ate.
Not bad pie for the price. Bottom line: Not bad at the basics, but there’s better pizza out there for the price. Had the Mexican and Tandoori chicken pizzas and they weren’t anything special. The Mexican just had cheddar and banana Peppers and the Tandoori was a fairly bland chicken pie. I’d probably hit up Desi for Indian-flavoured pizza next time. Delivery was quick and ordering was easy as could be.
Decent prices. Good prices, good pizza, but watch out on spice levels. I love spicy food and have definitely found it to be too much before and my poor husband who hadn’t had it before wasn’t warned and does not like spicy and he had a terrible time with it. They aren’t very consistent either, sometimes the spice in unbearable while others it’s barely there.Either way, good food for a good price. Dive location though. EDIT: July 21, 2016Food has become more consistent and pizza sauce has evened out. Flavours have really improved and the prices can’t be beat. Raising my review from a 3.5 to a 4. Well done, Jumbos!
Not bad for cheap pizza. We order from them once a month and usually our pizza is earlier than expected and almost always the same every time. Lots of toppings.
Great Pizza. The pizza is good! Probably the best by the slice pizza in the area. The wings are lack luster though.
Owner is a incompetent cheap p.o.s. theif!. -10 stars!! worst service ever these people steal, will mess your order up every time and when you ask for compensation they give you bs because they’re too cheap to fix it! i had a whole pizza i didn’t touch i called them to see if they would replace it and the guy tells me i have to drive there to see if he can replace it… i paid for delivery! why do i need to come to you? worst service the people who work there cant even do that job right!? brutal! piss poor food, service, and delivery time 1.5 hrs for the wrong order thanks jumbo….
