Went there a couple of days ago , craving their burger as I had not been there in a decade for sure . They were closed for a family wedding,went back today, Fantastic, just as I remembered it , I think the secret is the real flame grill they use
Consistently good. Love their fries and gravy. Poutine portion is very large. Hamburger patties are mediocre and prices seem to increase every time I pop in.

We ordered the twin burger, cheeseburger and poutine (forgot to take pictures). First thing i noticed is the patties are rather dry. They are cooked over charcoal and flames, but the flavour didnt really come through on either burger. The burgers werent bad but not great either, just kinda average, or less than. They do give you a lot of pickles though so thats a bonus. The poutine had nicely flavoured gravy and real cheese curds, but i didnt like the fries too much, kinda soft for my liking. Overall, wouldve given a 3 except for the poor service.

Gross and Bland. I finally decided to give this place a try after I saw Sonya’s was closed for the day. I had heard good things. I have to wonder how in the world they have an 86% rating and all of these positive reviews. The food was awful. The fries were from a bag and definitely not fresh cut. The burger was a frozen patty and lacked any flavour at all. The only thing I could taste were the toppings. Honestly folks do yourself a favour and go to Sonya’s instead where the burgers are homemade and the fries are fresh cut. I have a hard time understanding how this place was busy when there are many much much better places to go for a burger and fries in this town. Never again.
Delish!. Poutine and cheese burger are awesome. well organized and generous condiments. definitely will be back
