  Not that I expect a lot for KFC/Taco Bell but i expect my order to be right. I think weve come here twice in the last 6 months and this is the second time theyve got my order wrong. Disappointing that they cant get a simple order right. I ordered 2 hard taco supremes, a nacho supreme and a Diet Pepsi for my bf and they gave us 2 soft tacos and fries (both not supreme) Wouldnt recommend coming to this restaurant if they cant get simple orders correct.

  I’ve basically given up on KFC, in Canada anyway. Their prices are through the roof and the quality of their food is substandard – usually dried out and lukewarm because it’s been standing so long because nobody goes there anymore. The pieces you get in their meals and bucketsare mostly dark meat now and the extra chargeyou have topay for whitepieces is highway robbery. Here’s an idea for you, KFC… stop using up your white meat on your novelty items (popcorn, strips, zingers, big crunch, etc) and leave them as pieces in your meals and buckets!!!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went to this location shortly before x-mas 2014. I ordered 2 taco party packs and 2 chili cheese burritos in the drive thru window. They tell us to wait in the parking lot and it will be out in 5 minutes. half an hour later we get our food. I get home and notice they didn’t give me my burritos. So I decide to have a taco and the were so soggy everything fell through and cold. So, I call them. Took 20 minutes to get ahold of anybody on the phone. I talk to the manager, tell her my problems. She says no problem. When you come here next time bring your i.d. and we will give you a party pack and 4 chili cheese burritos. I asked if I need to keep my receipt and they said no its all in the system. So, I go yesterday to get this credit, give them my i.d. and the lady goes into the office. She comes out a couple minutes later and says what did you order and what is supposed to be credited. I tell her and then she says there is nothing in the system. she asks me for my receipt and who I talked to. I said talked to the manager who told me I didn’t need a receipt and that its in the system. She goes back into the office. Comes out a couple minutes later and says we cannot give you the party pack as we don’t give credits for those but I can give you my burritos. I was not happy and just left. They wasted my time twice it will not happen again. I will not go back. I don’t suggest other people do either.While I was waiting in line to get my credit that didn’t exist they had people coming back saying they forgot part of their orders.
