Got takeout, restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Sashimi was fresh, chicken teriyaki was great and big portion. Tempura and miso soup were yummy. Sunomono was a bit different than usual…there was a small portion of dressing/sauce rather than the usual vinegar liquid it floats in – I still enjoyed it though! The ebi in the sunomono was good but had a slight fishy taste. California roll and dynamite roll were good but only complaint was rice was over cooked and mushy. They forgot my order of extra ginger but gave us a free can of coke so all is forgiven :). I would definitely go back. I am from Vancouver and very picky with my sushi. This place was good.
Love love love this place because of its close to home location, always fresh sushi (its almost impossible to find fresh and tasty sashimi in the area, trust me, Ive tried them all) and the very friendly staff.
