I ordered from them through skip the dishes 2 orders of number 60 which said BBQ pork on fried rice: Perfectly barbequed pork served on fried rice. I got my order from the courier and I opened it only to find out that it was just some fried rice. So I called them to ask them where is my barbecued pork? And they said sorry, well give you the meat when you come back and order from us again. Fair enough, but I said I paid for delivery, can they re-deliver the meat to me?, and they said no. So I said ok I need something to eat with the fried rice, Ill drive by your restaurant after work. And they said sure, theyll have my bbq pork ready. As soon as I got there, they told me that the meat was actually chopped in small pieces and added into the fried rice. I still dont understand because there was no signs of bbq pork on it. So they said theyll just give me extra meat. And they gave me this cold dry thin pork slices that they add to the fried rice, and to me, it doesnt look like bbq pork. But fair enough, I said ok if thats what they call bbq pork, Ill just take it. (Look at the pics for your references). So I took pictures of it and showed my friend who referred me to this restaurant and told her, Apparently, this is their barbecued pork on fried rice. My friend who has been to that restaurant told me that thats not it. There should be real charred bbq pork over it. Thats what we got when we ordered that menu. I am totally disappointed. Why do they need to lie? Whats in it for them to lose to just give me the real bbq pork? I dont feel valued as a customer. I dont recommend this restaurant to anybody since my trust is broken, and that kind of customer service is really unprofessional.
