Typical Tim Hortons but long lines at lunch due to business people walking over for food. Be prepared for 10-15 min wait in line. Otherwise great…people are extra friendly and food is fresh due to high turnover.
My review. I have been to many tim Horton,s around the city and it is always, the same . you stand in line and are ignored by the staff. most times there is only one cashier on the till and they take the order and then prepare the order.meanwhile everyone else stands in line and waits.this also holds true for drive thru service that snakes around the drive thru service lane and many cars past the end.i hate to think of how many customers have been lost to this poor service. i alone today saw five people leave and heard many more grumbling about their wait. you can spend all the money you want on renovating and changing menus but until you improve your service things will only get worse
Tim Hortons is Canadian is it or is it not??? That is the question!! The New location on Marion is close for me I’ve been there about 10 times. And every time I get someone that can’t even speak good English and all the staff is Filipino?? I am not racist by any means but at least get someone that can speak English and knows how to count change I was ripped off 2 times till I said something. This is bad for St. Boniface. Or at least hire some Canadians. Will never visit Any Tim Hortons again.
